With his collages, he seeks to explore the depths of his mind and bring to the surface, sometimes unconsciously and sometimes fully consciously, his imagination and experiences. He finds it fascinating what most people try to avoid looking at directly, showing that in our own darkness, we can find unusual beauty. He searches for this hidden beauty behind the macabre, the grotesque, the bizarre, or the sinister, aiming to challenge what is conventionally understood as beautiful. His intention is to create a first impression of rejection towards the image, a visual shock, discomfort, but after this initial approach, to show a different perspective of beauty and reveal that in the unpleasant, the unsettling, the taboos, and ultimately in all that is dark, there is another way of observing the world that is truly beautiful
