Glitch Show challenges the concepts of normality and monstrosity in the context of a digital world dominated by new technologies. It explores the "glitch," an anomaly or data distortion in digital contexts, in connection with the "freak" imaginary. The title of the video installation, "Glitch Show," references the historical "freak shows," presenting itself as one of those spectacles featuring anomalous beings. In Glitch Show, various digital phenomena are showcased, questioning the notions of normalcy and monstrosity. The content of the piece is created using existing material from the internet and material manipulated using artificial intelligence. This approach aims to investigate AI's perspective on the concepts of monsters and beauty. Aspects such as the trivialization of violence and the boundaries of normality, blurring the line between the observer and the observed, are explored in this video installation that actively engages the viewer in the show.
